1. Heavy Soil Cleaning
For high traffic and heavily soiled carpets we recommend Heavy Soil Carpet Cleaning. We use a specialized Roto-Vac system and brushes that agitate the fibers of the carpet, cleaning all the way to the backing of the carpet, helping to lift and clean heavy soil and gray areas from the carpet. We recommend this service not only for high-traffic areas but also for any other area that is heavily soiled or stained.
2. Pet Odor Removal

Sanitizer is a germicide and fungicide, and is specially formulated not to irritate people with asthma and allergies. We not only use this product on carpets and upholstery, but we can also use a fog system to coat the inside of your air duct system to clean and sanitize the air you breathe. Cleaning your Electrostatic Air Filter is Quick and Easy
When cleaned as directed, your Air-Care filter will give you many years of trouble free use. Failure to properly clean the filter may lessen filter effectiveness, and as with any air filter, it is possible for an excessive dirt build up to cause air flow resistance sufficient to damage other ventilation components. Depending on your specific situation the filter should be cleaned every 4–6 weeks.
- Remove the air filter.
- Flush with water in opposite direction of air flow arrows, and then rinse other side.
- Spray with cleaner to remove stubborn stains.
- Rinse thoroughly to remove remaining dirt.
- Drain excess water and reinstall.
